My Story
Sarah M. Mathews received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating cum laude, and went on to obtain her LLM in Taxation from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is currently a member of Harry Phillips American Inn of Court.

Sarah joined Rudy Winstead Turner PLLC in 2023. In her practice, she primarily focuses on areas including business, corporate, banking, real estate, real estate defense and regulatory compliance and alcoholic beverage law. Prior to joining Rudy Winstead Turner, Sarah worked as an Assistant City Attorney for Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and practiced general civil litigation, specializing in real estate and municipal law defense, with Farrar & Bates, LLP. Sarah also worked for the Department of Commerce & Insurance, Regulatory Division, where she represented the Tennessee Real Estate Commission, Appraiser Commission and Auctioneer Commission.

Sarah is from Southern Indiana, where she graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Sarah’s interests include Purdue Basketball, working out, craft beer and California wine.
