J. Frank Rudy, Jr. is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree from Austin Peay State University and his law degree from the Nashville School of Law. While attending law school, Frank earned the American Jurisprudence Awards for Federal Taxation, Civil Procedure, Personal Property, Wills and Estates, Accounting for Lawyers, Criminal Law and Procedure, Constitutional Law, Mortgages and Advanced Legal Writing.

Aside from legal training, Frank has gained valuable practical experience while working in the family business, Rudy's Farm Sausage Company. Frank has also participated in numerous commercial endeavors, including commercial property management and concept development for hotels, restaurants and other retail enterprises. Frank is also very involved in the community, and serves on the Board of Trust for Cumberland University.

Frank and other family members currently own and manage numerous business ventures in the Nashville area. Frank has successfully combined his business experience and legal training to offer unique assistance to corporate clients with complex commercial problems. Frank also handles a wide variety of transactional matters, with an emphasis on banking and finance. Frank is admitted to practice in all State and Federal courts of Tennessee, the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
